The bloggess in Japan. UPDATE: On a recent trip to Japan, Jen was trying to come up with an alternative to the Japanese version of Sushi. She took some pictures, and sent them to local Sushi establishments in Japan for consideration. No responses as of yet. Will keep you posted.
