Meet Herbert Chavez, a man who has had plastic surgery to make himself look more like Superman.

The native of the Philippines and his strange obsession with Superman was recently profiled by a Filipino TV program.

According to new service Bandila, Herbert Chavez has undergone several procedures to make himself look like the Man of Steel. Starting in 1995, Herbert Chavez had surgery to get a cleft chin, thinner nose, fuller lips and thigh implants.  He's styled his hair to give himself the patented Superman hair curl.

The report speculates that Herbert Chavez might be suffering from Body Dysmorphic Disorder.
