HEY, AT LEAST I DIDN'T KILL HIM by sweet east pearl

GUESS what, dis memberment fans? Tricia Walsh- Smith - the Park Avenue wife who blabbed about her husband's impotence on YouTube - finds out today what she gets in her divorce.

So it might be a good time to shut up, don't you think?

Never!

"I did a video? Big deal!" Tricia told me on the eve of a judge's ruling on her divorce, in which she could get millions - or diddly squat.

"He's alive! Someone else would have murdered him," she said of husband Philip, president of the Shubert Organization.

"Lorena Bobbitt cut her husband's penis off. People have done a lot of worse things than saying, 'We didn't have sex.' "

It should be noted that on YouTube, Walsh-Smith threatened to "cut [Philip's] balls off and have them for breakfast."

Husband wins divorce from angry wife in YouTube video

A Broadway mogul whose wife trashed him in a widely viewed Internet video was granted a divorce from her Monday.

A Manhattan judge gave Philip Smith a divorce from Tricia Walsh-Smith on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment.

Walsh-Smith lashes out against Smith in the tearful and furious YouTube video, which has attracted more than 3 million hits. She makes embarrassing claims about their intimate life and then calls his office to repeat those claims to a stunned assistant.

On the video, Walsh-Smith also goes through their wedding album, describing family members as "bad," "evil" or "nasty," and expresses concern about eviction from the couple's luxury apartment.
