The family of a worker trampled to death in a 'Black Friday' crush by bargain hunters at Wal-Mart filed a wrongful-death lawsuit, claiming store ads offering discounts 'created an atmosphere of competition' leading to 'crowd craze.'

Isn't "Wal-Mart discount" a tautology?
Calculate the award based on the average length of time a Wal-Mart employee can put up with working there and multiply that by his wage.
