According to the rumours, his name is Jack, he's tall and good looking, and Vanity Fair's trying to prove his identity before writing about him. Seems reasonable.
February 7, 2008 -- IS SEN. Ted Kennedy trying to prevent Vanity Fair from publishing a story about a man who claims to be the illegitimate son of Ted's brother, John F. Kennedy? Sources say the magazine's David Friend has been working on the article for a year and a half, and sent photographer Harry Benson to Vancouver to photograph the tall, handsome man in his late 40s - whose first name is Jack and who bears a strong resemblance to the 35th president assassinated in 1963.
The Post says Vanity Fair has been working on the story for a year and a half, and is said to be holding off from publishing the story until it can develop proof, such as a DNA match.
The Post says the Vancouver man's mother is said to be a Texan introduced to JFK by his vice president Lyndon Johnson.
