IMAGE MADE BY GOD, H.A.A.R.P. OR PROJECT BLUE BEAM? UPDATE

I Just was sent this extremely strange film of an apparition that appears during a storm somewhere in Germany.  The strange figure that appears strikingly resembles the crucifix, except in this case it is a light purple or bright mouve colour.  It also seems to get very intensely lit during the storm possibly feeding on the energy of the storm itself.  Is this the signature of a sighting from a higher power?  Or is this H.A.A.R.P. in action controlling the weather.  Or can it be the ultra-top secret "Project Blue Beam"  projecting a holographic image of Christ in a test run.  This what ever it is, is simply breath taking a symbolic image in any respect.  Have a look and see at this amazing video.
