James Miller: Arrested for DUI While Dressed as Breathalyzer

James Miller, an 18-year-old Ohio student, was arrested for DUI after driving the wrong way down a one-way street. James Miller was dressed up as a breathalyzer, ironically enough, and had a bunch of IDs with him, as well as an open can of beer as he drove. On the real-life Breathalyzer, James Miller blew a .158, which is almost twice the legal limit.
Police say he had an open can of beer with him, as well as unopened cans.
