This is taking sushi (suzi?) to a whole new level !!

Just when you think you can not be shocked by any pictures.......... I ran into these today and the attached story

Japanese Banquet of Cannibalism

Japan as a country never stops amazing us. I am sure you have heard of, or seen the “Nyotaimori” (literally means female body plate), where the restaurant serves sushi and sashimi on a naked woman’s body.

If that is not weird enough , Japan has just invented another way of eating, where a “body” is made from food and placed on an operating table, much as though in a hospital.

You can operate anyway and anywhere you want by cutting open the body and eating what you find inside. The body will actually bleed as you cut it and the intestines and organs inside are completely editable. It’s a banquet of Cannibalism.

I am sure this is a gag, a series of "art" photographs or something like that. It is doubtful this truly happens more than once a decade in the whole world, and then at some sort of freak theme party, but regardless it just makes you shudder a little bit.

God help us if all the Vampire and horror fans in America catch wind of this idea !!!....

Now depending on the plate, and my level of sexism on the given day....the first pictures with the "live" plate could be fun...but I digress....

I have never seen, nor heard of this, until now. I have been surrounded by Japanese Culture and people for the past 20 years and I live now in Japan and that is strange and surprising news to me! I wonder if this is not even just a set up or a one time sick minded Idea!
