Joseph 'Boo Boo' Branom Arrested While Nude, Covered in Cooking Oil

Joseph Branom, also known as "Boo Boo", was arrested in Chickasha, Oklahoma after police received complaints about his behavior.

It seems as if Joseph Branom was walking up to young girls in his apartment building and offering them crack cocaine, as well as sexually propositioning them. Branom was allegedly naked and covered in cooking oil at the time.

Neighbors in the apartment building where 38-year-old Branom lived had a problem with this, and called the cops, who were rather perplexed when they showed up on the scene.
