Alex Kozinski, a chief judge in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, was given a warning after a panel reviewed his inadvertent posting of sexual materiel on a public server. Alex Kozinski's actions did not violate the conduct of judicial constitute, which allowed him only a formal reprimand. The sexual material posted online looks to be from viral emails rather than pornographic. However, the material could construe Judge Kozinksi's stance towards women as demeaning.

Alex Kozinski has been given a warning by the judges’ panel of federal court for showing a stupidly irresponsible attitude by giving a very poor decision of placing specific videos and photos of sexual material on the internet server without keeping in mind that the public can easily access this server.
