Kelp Man observed along, rugged, Washington State Coast
Since this photo, is evidence of my sighting of such a creature, I feel after almost fifteen years, I can feel comfortable releasing it to the general public. My apprehension was the reality of meeting a man a few years earlier, who claimed to have smelled Sasquatch from his tent. He had no visual sighting, and seemed quite sincere in his revelation. That being the situation, it is understandble that most people have a level of stigma about such individuals who make such claims.
I was on a solo back packing adventure along the Olympic National Park on the Washington State Coast. Approximately, two miles north of Norwegian Memorial, I noticed movement, amongst the kelp, from an outgoing tide. What was unusual, was a more noticeable brighter color, that was not white like that of a seagull, and at ground level. This creature, had human like features, most noticeable by the hand, and hair.
It's movement was odd, and completely out of it's element. It seemed to be searching for something other than prey or water. It was completely aware of it's surrounding, because with my surprise, I had achieved an angle on my approach from some marvelously placed boulders. After the split second of taking the picture, it became aware of me, and like a burrowing clam, some how got under the kelp and headed back to the Ocean.

that seems most likely.
You should check the missing person list. you may have stood by while some poor guy got caught up in the tide.
