Kick it to B&W

Ok here my problem the nikon TTL system has a shutter limit of 1/250 when using there flash system which is problem when taking action shots and you want capture action shots "in the moment"

It's a trade off I guess for the simplicity of their system but it's probably why Cannon has dominated the sports world for years...

But here's what I know... That every piece tech has a hack! Do you know of a way to trick or mod for the flash sync to get the faster shutter speed needed for a sharper shots than this?
