Two First graders are in big trouble after a cat was found hung on a tree limb with PlayStation Cord. These kids were playing Grand Theft Auto and many Authorities blame the video game for what happened.

I'd blame the parents too. They obviously haven't taught their kids right from wrong. Poor cat.
