I was sent this leaked document from a Youtube contact this DEFRA plan outline or The Department of Energy and Climate Change Agenda. The document comes straight from from the United Kingdom it also happenes to have been recently leaked onto the internet. This document is extremely important for the simple fact that it outlines a plan of chemtrail and aerosol spraying. This plan is and has been devised worldwide by Geo-Engineering Scientists and now here is the proof. Please see page 10-11 of this document for varification www.defra.gov.uk/environment/climatechange/research/pdf/geo-engineering-0409.pdf The complete document is worthwhile read , but it is the core of the paper that is of most interest . You should also note that this exact outline and plan was throughly discussed in a Television program not to long ago inwhich I also wrote of. my.nowpublic.com/strange/earth-2100-new-world-order-agenda-primetime-television. This was America's version of Operation Blackjack, an animated scenario that discussed the ultimate disasters caused by "global Warming" . In one key area they program speaks of Airforce jets outfitted with aerosol sprayers that delivers particles into the atmosphere as a plan to counteract the sun's damage. Seems far too familiar to this document's proposals. This is a firsthand confirmation however that world governments are using chemtrails, chemjets, and aerosols and has lied to the public all through out.

Do yourself a favor and read the actual document. Don't use this news post as further "proof" to reaffirm your belief that this conspiracy theory is real. It's just that, a conspiracy theory.

We can clearly see these things in the sky infact the sky in UK has been a full white coverage up untill today. If it is in an emergency why aren`t the people of the world told instead they hide it from us which gives the people reason to believe there is something going on not quiet right.It seems secrecy is all the governments knows it is wrong that they hide all information about every subject treating us like idiots. Then there is the matter of if it is in an emergency they choose to do it without our say so if we dont die from global warming we will die of deseases from chemicals.The Govs need to be more up front and more honest with the people of this world.
