Luka Magnotta has just been captured in Berlin, Germany.

In one of the most sensational murders in history Luka Magnotta aka Eric Newman his birth name videotaped the savage murder and dismemberment of his victim a visiting Chinese student.

The first question now is will Luka Magnotta consent to his extradition to Canada or will it take time to process him through the German courts?

Then will be Luka Magnotta's trial. Canada has no death penalty.

Then will come the trial. Will Luka Magnotta be convicted and sentenced to life in prison with no possibility of parole for  25 years, or will he be found not guilty by reason of insanity? Recently Vince Li beheaded a man on a Greyhound Bus and now he is on escorted passes having made a great recovery say the doctors. Did Luka Magnotta outcrazy Vince Li to also beat the system? Luka Magnotta has a history of mental illness and bipolar disorder.

Then there is the question of motive. Recently there have been a spate of suicides from Gay bullying. Obviously a child being bullied for being Gay will be angry. Sometimes the anger is directed inwards resulting in suicide and other times the anger is directed outwards resulting in murder.

Interestingly Luka Magnotta is a white supremacist Nazi and he was just captured near Adolf Hitler's bunker in Berlin, Germany. Whatever you do, do not watch the video of Luka Magnotta's murder posted online; you will be scarred for life.
