Take a look at this incredible video with probably the strangest clouds I have ever seen, the sky looks like a red blanket with an almost chunky wool coating.  This may be related to HAARP or weather modification and/or chemtrails.  Definately something very unusual.

I have seen this once in the uk - thought it was very creepy!! There was no storm or tornado (very rare here) so that blows quarkcsj's theory!!

You guys are crazy, and the rest of you need to get out more, and look up.

I see these clouds all the time after severe weather during tornado season.  These clouds occur under massive thunderheads at the end of a storm.  The thunderheads are formed as the heat of the day create lift creating the cloud; then as the clouds rains out, there are strong down drafts.  These clouds appear as a royalling affect under the thunderhead after it rains out.  We used to think that these kinds of clouds signaled Tornados, as they form on the same types of systems that produce tornados, but we now know that they signal the calm After the storm.

I'm not a weatherman but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
