MAN ACCUSED OF LICKING WOMAN'S KNEE AND FACE IN PARKING LOT

A woman walking to her car after leaving work fell in the parking lot, scraping her knee in the process. Three men from an adjacent construction site saw eevrything and drove over in a golf cart to see if she was okay.

One of the workers helped her to her feet. She thanked all of them, then continued walking to her car. Two of the guys got back into the cart, but not 43-year-old Martin Soto, he wanted to get a closer look...
