Hertfordshire Police Posts Awesome 999 UFO Call

A rather confused gentleman called 999 (Britain's emergency line) to report a huge UFO hovering over his house. He tells the dispatcher that he "[doesn't ]know what the hell it is". He repeats this several times.

The dispatcher takes the details of the man's report. The caller calls back a few minutes later to apologize. Turns out he called 999 to report seeing the moon. The Hertfordshire Police posted the call to their YouTube channel. You can hear it below.

The dispatcher who took this gentleman's call was too professional to say, "That's no moon... it's a space station".

Was this a prank? Was the caller just a bit... confused? Or intoxicated? Some combination of the three?
