Man Kissing Live Chicken on NYC Subway Against Rules: Video

A man was seen kissing a live chicken on the New York city subway number 6 train and the NYC subway agency has said this is against the rules and are looking for information on the man.
According to Fashion Indie however, the man is actually a woman and she was reenacting a scene from the movie Borat.
A video surfaced on YouTube with footage of the man (woman?) rolling around on the floor kissing and cuddling the live chicken but passengers didn't seem too bothered and no one reported the incident.
The man with the chicken doesn't seem bothered at all and no one has come forward with his identity yet. Charles Seaton, a spokesman for the New York City transit agency said they are investigating the video.
Only service animals and those in containers are permitted in the subway system, Mr Seaton said.
I mostly feel bad for the chicken.
