As Weather Channel reporter Eric Fisher is doing his thing in Virginia Beach, Virginia, you can see several cars and pedestrians in the background. One guy decides to moon the Weather Channel.

You can check out the video below: the bare-butt action starts at around 30 seconds into the clip. Seaside residents' hurricane checklists don't usually include "prance around in the street and moon TV crew". We aren't saying that they shouldn't. Only that they generally don't.

Plenty of Virginia residents are without power, but this guy's pale ass could surely serve as a sort of lamp or lighthouse.
