TruemorsMatt's Darth Vader costume from Halloween 2001. It had flashing lights, a looped recording of the classic breathing noise, and even an exhaust fan built into the helmet so the eyes didn't fog up. Not bad for home-made. Notice the helmet also had a beer-drinking tube added for convenience. It was for a party after all.
