Mexican beauty queen Laura Zuniga was arrested after being found in a vehicle containing several weapons and $50,000 cash in central Mexico.
Miss Sinaloa 2008 Laura Zuniga and seven male friends were pulled over by police after authorities received a tip about a group of armed men. Police arrested the eight people and a federal investigation is underway.
One of the men arrested is Angel Orlando Garcia Urquiza, a known narcotrafficer who is believed to be Zuniga's boyfriend.
