2009 MIA - Let's Pizza, is the Italian innovation in automated vending machines. This is the first machine which prepares pizza from scratch, starting from flour. After melting flour and water it squeeze the pasta and covers it with salami, mozzarella and other ingredients. Finally the pizza moves to the oven where it is cooked in 2 minutes and 30 to be ready to eat.
The robot allows to enjoy fresh pizza 24 h on 24.

I am very interested with this pizza making and vending machine, but I wonder how long it takes for the "yeast fermentation" process before the service. It is the critical time for Pizza making. Maybe they apply the different way to make the pizza (like the chemical baking powder for the soft texture).
