Mike Hunt? Do We Have a Mike Hunt?

Video footage of a recent Los Angeles City Council meeting shows Councilman Dennis Zine calling on a scheduled speaker who fails to materialize:

"Mike Hunt? Mike Hunt? Mike Hunt in the audience?" While there are quite a few people in the Los Angeles area named Mike Hunt, including one who appeared at a city council meeting in the past, and these guys' parents should probably be slapped, the most likely scenario in this case is that Zine got punked. Hard. Possibly by Bart Simpson.
