Miss England 2009 Rachel Christie Quits After Fight w/ Sara Jones

Miss England 2009 Rachel Christie has given up her crown after being accused of getting into a bar fight with Miss Manchester Sara Beverley Jones. The two beauty queens got into a punch-up at a porn-themed party at a Manchester nightclub. The two apparently were fighting for the attention of Tornado, one of the strapping stars of the TV series Gladiators, presumably a variation of "American Gladiators."

The bad royal blood boiled over when Jones (5-foot-5 with a 34B bust) apparently flashed Christie (5-foot-10, 34B) a racy text message Tornado sent her.

Dressed as an angel, the hell-raising Christie was accused of knocking around Jones, who was outfitted as a cavegirl.

"Bad time last night," Miss Manchester wrote in a now-deleted post on Twitter. "Assaulted in a nightclub."

After the Rachel Christie-Sara Jones fight, Miss England has withdrawn from next month’s Miss World competition in South Africa. Instead, Christie said she will focus on competing in the heptathlon at the 2012 Olympics in London.
