In the category of "оnly in Russia," a two-minute billboard video of pornographic nature was shown in the middle of busy Garden Ring freeway in Moscow.

It is being reported that traffic came to a standstill as drivers looked on at the 9-by-6-meter billboard in disbelief. Many grabbed their cameras to snap videos that started turning up on YouTube within hours.

Panno.ru, the company that operates the billboard says a hacker attack is suspected. Moscow police are now investigating the incident, but the billboard's owners say their competitors are likely to blame.
