Mysterious US Security Force Raises Questions

The Two Rivers Detention Center has focused the spotlight on a mysterious security firm that has recently pledged to take over the facility. The detention center is a vacant jail that has been looking for customers for years now. A group calling itself American Police Force has agreed to fill the jail but nobody knows anything about the organization. The AP reports:

Government contract databases show no record of the company. Security industry representatives and federal officials said they had never heard of it. On its Web site, the company lists as its headquarters a building in Washington near the White House that holds "virtual offices." A spokeswoman for the building said American Police Force never completed its application to use the address.

Officials are being extremely secretive about who owns or runs the organization. When asked about who the group is, Center officials said:

If you're looking for the source of the money, you're not going to find it from me

Even those who move in the shadowy world of black ops are puzzled by the organization. Alan Chvotkin, executive vice president and counsel for the Professional Services Council was quoted as saying:

"They're really invisible. ...Even a single unclassified contract in the last couple of years should show up.

defenseproductsolutions.com is hosted on the same IP (97.74.186.121) as americanpolicegroup.com. Both sites feature the same logo. Click on the Catalog link on defenseproductsolutions.com and say ‘hello’ to Edward Angelino. Other business names associated with him: Allied Defense Systems, Inc.

(allieddefensesystems.com) and Defense Consulting Group, Inc. There are almost certainly many more. I only spent ten minutes on this. I looked through a couple of the sites that use the same template and noticed this:

Searching eangelino@aol.com will bring up more links for anyone who’s interested in unraveling these antics. Oh yeah! Do you have a, “2002 Lamborghini Murcielago tail winng or spoliler”[sic]? You might have a buyer. Guess who? Yep, that’s right. There are many addresses, phone and fax numbers associated with all of this. I’m not sure why the Associated Press and others haven’t made these connections, but it’s all available on Google.

I think he makes his companies look like professional organizations with considerable funding and support even government and military backing in the hope of getting large contracts of which he then farms out. ie: A one man band..

Well when Dubya said one night on TV that no one in his administration or military conducts torture on detainees, I'm sure for once, he was telling the truth. Civilian "mercs" like American Police Force are most likely the ones hired to do the torture. And as for Cheney saying we need to go to the dark side, that tells me right there that he is anything but a Christian man.
