I don't know about his background or family but this boy needs a lot
of help. In some way he was able to get away with a car and guns.
It could have been worse.  He could have killed someone.

A 12-year-old boy will be extradited to North Carolina this week following charges that he was caught speeding in a stolen car in Spotsylvania County.

Two stolen hand guns were also found in the Jeep the boy was driving Friday when he was stopped going 70 mph hour in a 55 mph zone on State Route 3, according to a release by 1st Sgt. Liz Scott of the Spotsylvania Sheriff's Office.

The boy, of Burlington N.C., was charged in Spotsylvania with unauthorized use of a vehicle, two counts of possession of stolen handguns and was given a traffic summons for speeding.
