Hi, I read the story from the original source and I recalled that every once in a while an American citizen will go to court to try and prove that they have a constitutional right to 'not pay taxes' as this was supposed to be a temporary War Measures Act. I know there was a high profile case somewhere in America in the early 1980's. I know it went to Superior Court .... but I didn't find out what the outcome was for that family. Perhaps we are sidelining the more important issue which should be: It's not who pays taxes (mostly the lower to middle classes) but why the very wealthy corporations and the like get to have so many 'tax loopholes' so that they pay almost no taxes at all when it comes right down to it. Something is very wrong with the way the Tax System is set up!

But it didn't turn out well for these two or their family.

Wesley Snipes 'BLADE' was in some type of trouble for that same thing.
