Nursery nurse has boob job paid by 100 men she doesn't know - thanks to social networking site

A mum who had a breast enlargement has 100 men and a social networking site to thank for her new assets.

Karen Fielding was able to afford the £2,500 operation after members of MyFreeImplants.com donated enough money for her to pay the plastic surgeon's fee.

The 23-year-old, who travelled from Lancashire to Prague for the surgery, went from a 34B to a 34DD.
