President-elect Barack Obama's head speechwriter Jon Favreau has gotten into hot water after a photo of him groping a life-size cardboard cutout of Hillary Clinton was found on Facebook

The 27-year-old wunderkind, who was recently named Obama's director of speechwriting, appeared in a photo with him groping the cardboard Clinton's breast while a friend puts a beer to her lips. Another photo shows Favreau dancing with Clinton. The photos quickly disappeared from Facebook, but not before it gained the attention of Comedy Central and Washington Post (you can view the photo here).

Jon Favreau, not to be confused with actor and director of the same name, has reportedly apologized to Clinton.

The Obama campaign has worked hard to prevent such online embarrassments. All applicants for jobs in the Obama administration were asked to fill out a lengthy questionnaire that includes a request to disclose URLs to social networking websites like Facebook and MySpace. Applicants were also asked to disclose any inappropriate e-mails as well as blog postings and posts to message boards.

It's a cardboard cutout, at a party.  Relax.  Don't we have more important things to worry about?

He should be more than embarrassed. He should be reprimanded. He knew the situation and expectations when he took his very high profile job. This act was more than disrespectful and this kind of shenanigans is not to be tolerated when working for the President elect.

Milkman, no harm no foul huh. Let's replace Hillary with Michelle Obama, Campbell Brown, Donna Brazille, or even Obama. Is this funny then?

If the cutout were of Michelle then Barack Obama would surely have something to say about it.

I am sure he would not have a job any longer if the cut out were of Michelle.

If it were Sarah Palin's cardboard picture everyone would think it hilarious.

He should resign or be let go! We shall see how ethical this administration is once the honey moon is over. Well I wish this administration all the best.
