NP Rank:
Oh Oh! Those sneaky Israelis!
Hush! There's a rumor going around that the newest weapon of mass destruction is Harry Potter! Oh, how could we as a nation not have realized this ourselves and be taken in by the wicked Zionists who practice Black Magic and Witchcraft.
In a documentary on local Iranian Memri TV Productions, we are seriously cautioned that:
"The early 1990s brought a revolution in digital technology to the world of cinema, helping the propaganda machinery of the 20th-century "Samaritans" (Jews) adopt useful tools for Witchcraft and brainwashing.
Now, more than ever, this tool serves to spread the dark and evil essence of Zionism and its goals. The creation of new stories, based on mythical themes relating to Witchcraft and devil worship has always been a tool used by contemporary Zionists"
*distinct rolling of the eyes*
As absurd as it sounds, this is what Iranian TV is telling it's people. No wonder they hate the West. Wow! Devil Worshipers, how could we have known that those sneaky Israelis had such an agenda?
Next thing we know, Iran is going to kidnap said Witches and Devil Worshipers to see if they can harness their powers themselves to defeat the Great Satan - America.
That'll show us!
I suggest keeping all your loved ones close, and if you come across an Israeli? Throw some garlic around your neck - I hear that it works for Witches as well as Vampires. In fact keep a wooden stake nearby ... you know ... just in case.

It's all the Zionists fault. Even creation. lol

This is a great post!! Love it to bits!!!
What century do these people think they're living in?!
I just feel sorry for ordinary Iranian people, who have no choice but to watch this childish and laughable claptrap on their state-controlled TV.
I forgive you CNN.....

If you don't mind me saying so Cypresso, I am not at all sure that channel originators should ask posters to direct their content to their channels unless there is an obvious reason for doing so in order to promote the work of the poster. This particular post has nothing to do with the "Pagan" channel.
I am very suspicious of this tendency....
at 12:12 on February 28th, 2009
A channel manager may ask for any story to be added or removed from their channel - it is up to the poster if they wish to add a story to a particular channel once asked to do so as well.

Agreed amyjudd, of course they do, and people decide for themselves, but that was not my point if you don't mind my saying so.
My comment expressed the opinion that driving content towards a channel which promotes a specific political or religious agenda or philosophy (as is the stated case (page profile) of the commenter here, as well as that of another who commented) represents a will to promote that point of view using NP approved channels as a way of doing so....
That is a slippery slope.....
Thanks...

I'm not sure I understand what you are saying - it's not an agenda thing, it's an information thing - people don't always have an agenda; sometimes it's just about spreading information around to places where others who are interested in that information can see it.
I would feel different if it was a 'Nazi' channel, but a 'Pagan' channel - no, sorry I don't see exactly what you are getting at.

Thanks amyjudd, for answering.
My point is that using site channels to promote a specific political or philosophical or religious or other credo/agenda/belief on NP is questionable in itself, and I don't happen to think it's a good thing, particularly when those running them use keywords to go and find readers for them.
I mean, can I start a "Catholic" channel? Or a "Protestant" channel? "Buddhist" or "Jain"? "Muslim" maybe? "Democrat" or "Republican"?
at 13:36 on February 28th, 2009
You may, as Cypresso did, put in a request to start a channel, but I think you would be doing it for the wrong reasons.
at 13:55 on February 28th, 2009
:)
I would not want to start a channel here on NP amyjudd, even less for the wrong reasons. (Why would you say that moreover?)
I remember (lol!) asking Jordan if a "Fiction" channel would be possible, seeing as I write fiction too, and he said it wouldn't be possible. His reasons for saying no were very valid moreover.
But be assured that I would certainly not want to start a channel to promote a particular point of view or belief..and that for all the right reasons....

Have you ever looked outside of being socially acceptable and considered, what if they're right? may be a can of worms. One things sure all posters have the exact same view, could you be sharing 1 brain (scary).

Good to see you around, Swan! Thanks for this!

And lets not forget all that Jew Gold, they are always hiding, never letting us have a peek at it. Bad Jews Bad! I'm tellin!

Yes Cypresso, the keywords are there, but it's not because I write the phrase "I l 'worship' Amy Winehouse's 'magic' voices that my post has anything to do with 'pagan'.
C'mon, you are articulate and intelligent, and you know that very well. You have an agenda, as do all of us, but please play fair and no proselytising if you don't mind.....

I think Rowland should sue. but who? the Israelis? or the Iranians who came up with this scatter-brained idea?
at 14:23 on February 28th, 2009
I don't think that ordinary Iranian believes any of this nonsense. And the ones who fall for it are merely the fanatics like their, ummm, leadership, and perhaps NP's own "Moonwolf."
at 14:28 on February 28th, 2009
I assure you the majority of Iranians, mainly the well to do, do not fall for this crap, after all Iran has synagogues which remain unmolested, but then those places of worship are in the better neighborhoods and not the poor areas where the ill educated susceptible to Zealot diatribes can get to them!

Well I am not surprised:
I have stopped wearing my Star of David as when I found out both Muslims and Catholic Filipino's thought I was into black magic the truth honed in.
I am actually a Jewish born atheist of was brought up to follow Christianity as part of British culture, (some jewish people thought it best to hide, the war and anti-sematics was very scarry even changing names).. But the Star of David has become a token of what I am and my true roots.
Of course witchcraft took on this star of David sign it was of course because Jews where very evil people that killed Christ. We know that is not true but there are people out there in this crazy cruel word that wish to spout such propaganda of how wicked Jew's are.
But many people here in the Philippine's really thought I dabbled in witch craft it is amusing but very sad. However I will start wearing the star and try out a few spells to eradicate and throw that damn devil back into the pit. lol
Harry potter of course is Jewish you can tell by that long nose and his love for Jewish sandwiches ( Bacon). Its how we get the evil strength to pinch the worlds money and more power is given when we sacrifice babies and paint the out side of mosque's with the red blood, and with such statements "Hey Muhammad could not move mountains, what a wimp at least the christians founder Jesus could wave a wand and create magic". lol
However what was worst we fed our own dead into the ovens and dug holes to throw the bodies into for those nice NAZI's in Europe. We are deplorable and should not be allowed to own banks or buy and sell diamonds and run the world even buy Islamic blessed oil.
Now we have sneaky Israeli's causing havoc such as the pending plague of flies and plans to turn all Muslims into frogs. We of could make a fortune selling the legs to the french and the maggots to fishermen. lol
But Zionism is not contemporary its as much a pain in the neck since its foundation as Islam and Christian fanaticism it does not change in its nature its not a view that can be modernized its built on a lie from a just one of the books of lies of later day political movements we like to refer to as religions. Now we see the fruits of the power seekers of old permeating our modern day society religion has its modern off shoots call political movements that employ the same principle of indoctrinations to control people and even have fooled them into thinking the people can change things by the use of a vote.
Yes the devil needs throwing back into the pit.(yes just use your imagination you dreadful fellow athiests, humor these theists, lol)
So get the wands out you fellow Jews repeat after me and wave your wands.
"Eno evil eht hsinab nevaeh ni dog ruo" (waving wand fratically)
Well it didn't work perhaps a few more jewish sandwiches? Or should we consult the pope, lol
Oh jewish humor on a Sunday will at least make a few people smile and go pray in the church to knock some sense into the Irani cleric that hates the wonderful Harry Potter stories that kids and parents globaly love to watch and read even many yes many muslims moderate and extremist.
But the truth is these hate mongers are pointing to the star of david as being the sign of devil worship, changing which was an attack used by early christians on jews and their faith.
From today on I am going to wear my Star of david for the hell of it. lol
