We all have awkward moments.

It is always worth taking the time to think before we open our mouth.
If we don't we run the risk of having a 'that one who winks' moment.
We might be stuck in a different era and not have realized that things changed.

After almost 2 decades in the US, I still hate the word 'mam' and would rather use Madame or Ladies instead...
