There are a LOT of images missing from these slideshows. If you look at the file locations of the images, you can see that the suffix's on the filenames jump between slides. also, the image labelled: Page_6_1295582i_1298875i.jpg, on Part 5 (Slide 5), which is the slide about the implanted RFID chips, is the only slide with a double barrelled suffix.

Part 4 Slide 15 and Part 5 Slide 5 shows to following numbers on the ID card, which is the step right before the RFID Chip is mandatory, they will bring it in slowly get people used to the idea before hand, This chip is actually shown on the next slide relating for what ever reason to a vaccine, for swine/avian flu perhaps? Regardless if this "story" is real or not, the Telegraph is a fool for posting something of this nature on their website. I mean, look at all of the stuff going on now with N. Korea and the Nuclear threats and all of that in the "real world". The fact that this "story" (BlackJack) has been posted is just asking for civil unrest. If BlackJack is a hoax, then The Telegraph should remove the "story" from it's website immediately, to stop the public from going crazy. But on the other hand.... what if this is, as David Icke would say, a "Problem Reaction Solution" bit? Maybe the story was posted on the Telegraph in hope that people would call in and ask them to remove it, only for BlackJack to be real, and the public knows nothing of it because it was taken off of the site.
