The only of its kind on earth. The Palm Islands in Dubai are the three largest artificial islands in the world. You wont be able to believe its beauty unless you behold it with your eyes. Its a strip of island. The concept of an island over here is entirely different. This is not at all natural, but purely human-made. They are known by the names; The Palm Jumeirah, The Palm Jebel Ali and The Palm Deira. The Islands are located off the coast of The United Arab Emirates in the Persian Gulf and will add 520 km of beaches to the city of Dubai.
Nakheel properties, a private property developer group in the emirates are the brains behind the heavens on earth. The Dutch dredging and marine contractor Van Oord, one of the world's specialists in land reclamation has been hired for the celebrated work.
