The mystery shopper surrendered at the Northridge police station, but her identity is being kept under wraps at the moment. She was released on her own recognizance. It's only a matter time, though before she's outed. Meanwhile, a video of the Black Friday pepper--spray incident has emerged.

LAPD Sergeant Jose Valle said, "When appropriate action needs to be taken, we know where to find her."
