Peter Bielecke, a 40-year-old New Jersey man who robbed banks every Thursday, was sentenced to 5 years and 10 months in prison. Peter Bielecke pleaded guilty to one count of bank robbery, but also admitted holdups in 5 other banks on Thursdays in January, February, and March.

No reason was given on why he chose to rob banks on Thursdays.

He didn't give a reason for choosing Thursdays - but authorities say the pattern made it a lot easier to track him.

The 40-year-old was arrested after a March 5 robbery in Old Bridge, New Jersey.
