What costs NASA millions to capture in photos and images of the Earth has been accomplished by a man in he United Kingdom for 500.00 British Pounds which is roughly $1000.00 U.S. dollars .His ingenious idea came about when he strapped a camera on a weather ballon that traveled to the upper atmosphere and began filming.  NASA since has contacted the man I am sure to contract him under NASA's payroll, a sure benefit to NASA no doubt especially in saving multi-millions of dollars in costs.
