This superb story was sent to me by a great youtube contact luckymauro of a news reel on RussiaToday were a water based Planet has been found recently.  This water world much like Earth in many ways has been located a mere 40 light years away from our solar system.  Jeff Manber a space entrepreneur explains that  Astronomers say that it could be made up from 75 percent water, possibly hospitable for Humanity in the near future.  The project M-Earth a small low budget telescope iniative found this promising Earth-like planet independently from NASA, the ESA or any large Space Agency program.  This is very encouraging for life outside our own world, solar system and personal thoughts that humans are the only intelligent life form and the Earth is the only living Planet.  Exoplanets are being found more frequently which also means more life bearing planets will be found especially when the technology becomes even more detailed and precise in both tracking viewing and cataloging Earth-like Planets .
