It looks like these cops need some time out of the city.  I wonder if they read the cat its rights before zapping it with a stun gun.

WARREN, Mich. - The fluff was flying when police in suburban Detroit zapped a large stuffed cat with a stun gun while responding to an emergency call about a cougar on the loose.

Apparently someone phoned in a call about a cougar on the loose as a hoax.  Police found the beastie in a drainpipe.  Trust me, a live cougar looks nothing like a plush toy.
