A Queen's Royal Guard, on duty outside St. James Palace in London attacked a tourist who was mimicking him and marching alongside him.

Nick Ibarra, 23, marched alongside the guard, who was on sentry duty outside St. James Palace, as his friend Suzanne Cadosch filmed his laughing antics.

The pair - who had heard the famed guards could only leave their post if a royal was under threat - was stunned when the soldier marched over to push Nick in the back and aim a kick at him.

Officials said the guard would not be disciplined for it.
