When someone decides to systematically kill pet rabbits, cut off their heads and drain their blood away one has to start worrying what they will turn to killing next. Here in the UK in a small town called Long Eaton someone is shooting cats not in the same numbers yet but again people begin to worry about not just their pets but their children too. Cruelty to animals can never be justified and those that comit such crimes need catching and dealing with quickly before they move on to hurting people.
Small and neat, there are little fir trees dotted around the lawn, tubs of flowers on the terrace and rows of firewood stacked neatly by the fence.
There used to be a rabbit hutch, too, at the end of the garden. But not any more.
"One morning, when I came out to feed my rabbits, I was surprised to see that the hutch door was open," recalls Elfriede.
"I looked inside and saw Rocco just lying there. His head was missing. A little later I found Felina in the bushes. She'd been killed, too. I just cannot understand why."

That is just disgusting. I cannot abide animal cruelty and I personally think that whatever someone does to an animal should be done to them. And I don't feel bad about saying that.
