Reading the Proclamation

The President (?) of the Inner Circle reads the scroll which Phil has helped him pick, and announces to the world that we will have 6 more weeks of winter.

Well.... 4 more weeks at this point. I'm sitting in the airport in Florida, on my way back from Daytona, and getting caught up on some photos.
