ready for the sauce!

peppe bought organic scotch bonnet chilli pepper's today from Ely farmers market ,,,grown locally ,,, we normally have a glut ready for the annual sauce make.... but alas this yr its been a bit thin on the ground for us in the chilli dept. so the scotch bonnets plus the chinese 5 colour and the other ones ... i call them the other ones as dont know the real name ! there long thin and curl at the end... will go in to the home made west indian hot pepper sauce...
my kitchen will smell amazing and there will be the smell of chilli for days
