VadimM, I would encourage you to check out our J-Tips for more help on posting news stories to NowPublic. The Highlight tool is a good place to start if you're quoting from other sources, however, we encourage members to add their own perspective and opinion to quoted material in order to personalize stories and to provide context. Thank you for your advise, duly noted. However, it IS my own material that I posted and this particular article has everything to do with the picture (printscreen snapped from Reuters' website) rather than written content.
