Roast Peking Duck

This is served differently from what I'd expect. The usual way is to serve the skin with the egg rolls, stir-fry the meat and use it with Egg Noodles and/or minced on a leaf of lettuce, finally, the bones are used for duck soup.

This version is plain lazy and wasteful.
