A Russian woman, identified as Natalia K, is now in intensive care in Russia after having her virginity restored for the sixth time.

She married her husband at 24, but he was not her first sexual partner, which made him upset. She then decided to make it up to him but having her virginity surgically restored.

To celebrate their first year together as a married couple, she went to a plastic surgery clinic and had a hymenoplasty operation.

The husband was so delighted with the present, that a year later Natalia wanted to give that joy to him again. And the next year, and the year after that.

After doing this six times, the doctors said it could be damaging for her health, but Natalia said she didn't care. But now she has ended up in intensive care due to her weakened immune system.

I really don't understand the females obsession for virginity. Everything has a first time. Just as a broken thread which is tied together is not same as the original, Virginity restored is not same as the original state.

However, her personal choice... See where it has landed her..

Verginity was most matters in the Asian Countries. But her case better be get well soon & comes out of danger. Agreed with Paschen. Thanks for sharing it with Amy.

Lord! Give me strength! We are talking about young Russian women for christ's sake: none are virgins, trust me. It is one of the most sexually active populations in the world.

I would rather say a general obsession for virginity. As stated in the article her husband originally complained about her not being a virgin.

While this is interesting & the first time I have heard of this type of surgery, It is like Paschen, Jazzyzazzy and others stated: Superficial and dangerous (unnecessary) to anyone’s health.

I wonder if any women have had this surgery after giving birth (naturally) and what where the results. Seems to me it would very unhealthy and be of harm to a mother after child birth even after a year or more. We really live in a world that "seems" pretty Superficial, sadly.
