So I'm chillin on my patio and this thing decides to join me and literally scares the crap out of me. While I was taking pictures of it, it got up on its hind legs and was ready to fight!

Ha ha, More like ready to jump. That's a little Jumping spider. The most harmless one out there. I've never had one come even close to biting me, and I've held them in my hand.
