SAPD respond to screaming lady

San Antonio police and emergency technicians responded to "lady screaming in the street" call on the 200 block of East Houston Street in downtown San Antonio before noon this morning.


It took eight men to subdue and carry her to an ambulance. She kicked, hit and screamed obscentieis at passerbys until the police arrived.
