Amazing photo! Do you have any updates? We'd really like to find out more about the fire.

It seems that it was caused by sparks from the wheel rim of a car.. apparently a drunk driver who'd been seen swerving a few minutes earlier. He hit something, popped the tire, it disintegrated and he kept driving on the metal rim. Here's a link
